Shantal Dietrich, also known as SlimFit is a South African Personal Trainer born in Cape Town. Having been raised in Johannesburg, she completed her matric at Northcliff High School in 2014 and went on to obtain a Personal Training qualification, together with a Sport Massage course at the International Fitness Academy in Sandton in 2015.
The brand SlimFit emerged when she was bullied at school by her peers and overcame this by becoming a strong individual, both mentally and physically. Her SlimFit brand focuses on empowering women through health and fitness through her personal journey and Women Wellness events. She has been able to utilise her entrepreneurship skills by means of enriching the lives of young individuals around her.
Alongside this, Shantal is a brand ambassador for sports brand Fizique SA which locally provides workout facilities, and functional training. Furthermore, Shantal is a digital influencer for Adidas SA and other independent brands.
Shantal currently features in an upcoming online fitness reality show which showcases the lives of her and two other fitness influencers in the industry. As Shantal Dietrich continues to build and grow as a young entrepreneur and fitness expert, she remains driven and passionate about her world of work and living a healthy balanced lifestyle.
